Returns and Refunds

• Eligibility: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 45 days of purchase. Returned products must be unopened and in their original packaging.

• Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

• Exceptions: Product not purchased through StedmansSnacks.com cannot be returned.

• To Initiate a Return: Email customersupport@stedmanssnacks.com with your order number, item that you wish to return and why you wish it return the item. We will respond within 3 business days with return instructions.

• Raw Meat Products: Some products may contain raw meats. Consumers should exercise caution when handling raw meat products to minimize risks such as bacterial contamination. Consult with a veterinarian before feeding raw meats to your pet.

• Limitations: To the extent permitted by law, Stedman's Snack Emporium is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
